PiPlay – Play Padel, Pickleball

PiPlay is a nationwide booking platform for padel and pickleball players, covering discovery, court booking, tournaments, and community events across a growing network of venues in India.

I led frontend development across the mobile app, public web platform, and internal admin dashboard — building a shared design system and data layer so all three surfaces stayed in sync as the product scaled to more cities.

A major focus was runtime performance: list virtualization, image pipeline optimization, and reducing unnecessary re-renders cut interaction lag significantly as the user base crossed 20,000 monthly users.
