TB HRMS

TB HRMS is a comprehensive HR management solution for attendance, leaves, and employee information — designed so teams can handle day-to-day HR work from a single, secure platform.

I built with a ReactJS frontend with Tailwind CSS and a Django REST + PostgreSQL backend on AWS, covering an analytics dashboard, attendance tracking, and request flows for leave, comp-off, mispunch, and break logs across desktop and mobile.

Employees can apply leave, check leave balances, view holidays and events, and review attendance stats like late marks, early leaves, and mispunches, while HR gets centralized data and clearer workforce insights.
