Overview
Sumeet Logistics is an internal warehouse management system covering for creation and management of projects, galas, and Create agreements.
As frontend team lead, I architected a reusable component and module system so new business features — projects, galas, agreements and invoices flow — could be built consistently by the wider team without duplicating logic.
The frontend integrates with a Django REST Framework backend and PostgreSQL data layer, deployed on AWS, with role-based views for warehouse staff, dispatch teams, and management.
